Yes. I'm doing Oblivion mod commissions for your needs. It's limited to what is listed below but
will eventually expand if things goes well. It's also limited by the engine the game runs in but
I'll do my best.

:Prices:

15usd -> One quest
20 usd -> Equipment with 1 simple custom model
10 usd -> 1 leveled NPC follower

:Additionals:
10 usd -> 1 smaller custom model as equipment
10 usd -> Additional complexity

:Rules:

Tell your idea before showing it.
Leveled followers with custom models are 2/more prices.
I can do SFW and NSFW mods.
I can put your character(s) in the mod if you wanted it
Not doing scat, goru, urin, farts, pukes, vore and questionable philias.
Nothing terrible like death, necro sex and under aged.
I use Text To Speech for dialogue when needing to.
Appreciate what I can do for your mod when I finish it.
You're free to ask me to help develop it. It's recommended too.
I'm passive and will not attack you if you answer. ;)

If payed to make a quest(line), I will optionally credit you in an ingame note at the end of the
quest(line) you payed for so people knows who started it.
